Get Yer Hair Did.

After someone seemed to be stunned by the fact that I don't cut my own hair, I thought it was time to do it. I've always said I do NOT trust myself enough to be chopping away at my own naps. It got me thinking, what good can telling myself that be doing for my confidence, and what could be more empowering than cutting your own hair? The sky really is the limit. This just added a whole other level of creativity to my palette. Better yet, I just saved myself $50 every 2 months. Now I just have to tackle these eyebrows...

"Hydra Heal-er' Up So Quickly, Kyle?"

I've heard some amazing things about Cosmedicine Hydra Healer and was so excited to try it out on my sweet face scrapes from my little skiing accident. So I started putting it on 1-2x a day immediately. 5 days later, the abrasion is completely gone, and the surface of the skin is only a bit more pink than normal. I can't believe how quickly it healed and am SO happy the product followed through because I had extremely high hopes for it. I recommend this for everyone to have in their skincare collection to use on any wounds, especially burns (the formula's initial use). When I have an extra $75 laying around I am totally going to purchase this and try it out as a daily moisturizer. Perhaps it will perfect my entire face? We'll see soon enough.

Hey Neck Brace!

So I was skiing at Tyro Basin in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin this weekend and went down the double black diamond because I think I'm unstoppable. Well, I hit a jump, blacked out for a bit and woke up in the woods. Of course my first instinct was to feel my face and say "ughh, my glasses" and laugh, so I did. A lot. After being forced to go in the ambulance and having all sorts of scans in the Emergency room they decided it was just a sprain and all I have to do is wear an awesome neck brace for two weeks. I'm just glad it's not any worse, because this way I can keep laughing my ass off about it.
